The Difference of Ceramic Fiber Blown Blanket and Ceramic Fiber Spun Blanket

- 1. Extension and bending strength: with thicker fiber, the ceramic fiber spun blanket is better than blown type
- 2. Fiber diameter: ceramic fiber spun blanket has thicker fiber, about 3.0-5.0μm, ceramic fiber blown blanket is about 2.0-3.0μm
- 3. Fiber length: ceramic fiber spun blanket has longer fiber, 150-250mm, ceramic fiber blown blanket is about 100-200mm
- 4. The application of producing ceramic fiber blocks: with thicker fiber, the ceramic fiber spun blanket is better than spun type.In the process of producing ceramic fiber block, the blown type is easy to break and tear, while the blown type can be fold closely and hard to break. The quality of the blocks will directly affect the quality of the furnace lining
